Support after childbirth:

Weeks 2 to 12, after Kraamzorg care

Support may include:

• Newborn and infant care
• Feeding and lactation support
• Emotional support for parents
• Help establishing routines
• Light baby-related household support (e.g., bottle washing, laundry, meal prep etc.)
• Practical guidance during the postpartum transition

Rates

• Daytime support (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.): €35 per hour
• Evening support (after 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM): €40 per hour

Booking Guidelines

• Minimum daily shift: 3 hours
• Weekly minimum: 6 hours
• Weekly maximum: 24 hours

Designed for families who want regular help over several weeks.

• You will receive 24 hours of my care between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Scheduled in shifts of 3, 4 or 6 hours
• To be used within a period of 14 days
• €750 per two-week package

On-call care for siblings during childbirth

Beginning at 38 weeks, I offer on-call support for families who need care for an older child while parents are at the hospital or birth center.

This service is designed to give parents peace of mind during labor, knowing their older child is in safe, steady, experienced hands.

On-call retainer

• €500 retainer, this retainer covers also the first 24 hours of care

The retainer reserves space in my schedule for your family. During your on-call period, I will not accept other clients that would prevent me from being available to you. I will be available to arrive and begin care within 2 hours of contact.

Care rate once services begin

• €25 per hour, after the first 24 hours, with a maximum of €500 per day

Infant care after 3 months

For families seeking experienced support beyond the immediate postpartum period, I offer infant care for babies 3 months and older. This care is considered as an "oppas" and is not eligible for you to claim kinderopvangtoeslag

This may include:

• Infant care in the home
• Support for parents returning to work
• Help with routines and transitions
• Light baby-related household support (e.g., bottle washing, laundry, etc.)
• Occasional daytime or evening coverage

Rate

• €25 per hour

Support for weekend getaways

For families who want special support during a weekend away, I offer infant care coverage

Rates

• €500 per day
• €800 for a weekend block of 48 hours (2 nights)
